Comprising members like Green Balancing Group<\/strong> (a company specializing in market placement of electricity generated from renewable sources), Storenergy<\/strong> (a company offering innovative thermal energy storage solutions), Jasikovo<\/strong> wind farm, Brebex<\/strong> solar plant, and several mini-hydro plants<\/strong>, EL&MI Group has positioned itself as a symbol of pioneering spirit, innovation, and deep commitment to sustainability and energy sector transition.<\/p>\n

Nikola Petrovic
\n<\/strong>Founder and president<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Nikola Petrovi\u0107<\/strong>, born in 1974 in Belgrade, is the founder and cornerstone of our consortium.<\/p>\n

He began his business career as a graduate economist, founding the company Yu-Suisse Trade back in 1997.<\/p>\n

His passion for clean energy became evident when he took on the role of director at Eco Energo Group, dedicating himself to the application of the latest technologies in utilization of green energy and hydro plant construction.<\/p>\n

In the capacity of a General Manager he led the Serbian transmission system operator Elektromre\u017ea Srbije, successfully contributing to the realization of key strategic projects. However, the opportunity to fully realize his ideas and visions in the field of renewable energy emerged with the founding of EL&MI Group and the expansion of its business ventures.<\/p>\n

Besides an enviable career in the energy sector, Petrovi\u0107’s interests also include start-up projects, among which Storenergy stands out, a company involved in engineering activities and technical consulting, of which he has been a member since August 2019.<\/p>\n

Nikola Petrovi\u0107 also serves as the Vice President of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce.<\/p>\n

He is a proud father of two children, fluent in English and French, and his passion for innovation and sustainable solutions is what drives and motivates him daily.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

Ivana Radulovic
\n<\/strong>Director<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Ivana Radulovi\u0107<\/strong> has two decades of experience in senior positions in finance and corporate governance.<\/p>\n

As a member of top management and a consultant, she successfully leads various merger and acquisition projects, works on defining strategies, complex reorganizations, and planning across multiple markets and diverse industries \u2013 finance and banking, agriculture, and telecommunications.<\/p>\n

Recently, Ivana has redirected her passion and focus towards challenges in the renewable energy sector. Her rich experience, skills, and advice will significantly contribute to achieving the goals of the EL&MI Group.<\/p>\n

She is a member of the Serbian Association of Managers (SAM).<\/p>\n
